Delivery and Returns
What are your shipping costs?
Delivery is £3.95 on all our orders, free if your order is over £75.00. We aim to dispatch every parcel within 2 working days. In the unlikely event that your parcel is delayed, we will contact you through the email address provided at checkout.
You can also choose to click and collect when you checkout. This service is free of charge.

All orders will be dispatched to the delivery address that is specified by you, so please ensure that this is correct at checkout. We cannot accept any liability for the loss or damage of goods once they have been delivered to the address provided, unless damage is caused by our negligence.
We try to recycle as much of our packaging as we can, but while your order may not arrive in a brand new box it will always be well wrapped.
Orders can currently only be placed and delivered within the UK.
Can I return my item?
Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of purchase. The return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We ask that you please keep hold of the receipt with the tracking number until you receive the refund.
What happens if my item is faulty?
We hope that you will never have a problem with anything that you order from us, but in the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged we will offer a full refund.
If your parcel is damaged, we ask that you please email us straight away at [email protected] and provide photographic evidence so that we can process your claim.
